Very useful! I recommend it to every woman.

As women, we are raised to be accommodating to people in need, to say yes when asked for a favor whenever possible, to always try to be helpful... There are so many people who exploit that and even though we see it, we find it hard to stop it. Reading this short ebook has helped me a lot. It gave me some great ideas and pointers and I feel I'm better able to say no now. Gone are the "internal freak-outs" over having to disappoint a family member or leaving a friend hanging. Her breathing exercise work like a charm and eliminate that feeling of guilt and anxiety. I love her EDC method and will continue to use it.
I usually would not rate an ebook this short as 5*, because most are thinly veiled advertisements for the author's services, but this book actually delivers. Charlene Richards is knowledgeable, she comes off as down-to-earth and she knows how to drive her point home in a clear, simple manner. I definitely recommend reading it!

You deserve happiness and peace

This book is for women, like me, who are often "voluntold" to say yes to commitments that they would rather say no to. Even though this book is short, it really planted a seed of truth in my spirit. Worth the read just for the inspiration to lead my own decisions and not let the needs of others less my life. Enlightened and inspired.
